Every year, local and national sections submit their initiatives, activities, and projects to this competition, contributing to enhancing the mission, vision and values of the ESN.

World Conversations are biweekly meetings held online, in which young international students from the University of Évora volunteer to participate, sharing information and curiosities about their country, culture, and customs with other young people.
These meetings are open to the community of Évora and aim to promote rapprochement and intercultural dialogue, facilitating the knowledge of other cultures, pluralism, and cultural diversity and, consequently, contributing to the reduction of discrimination based on color, nationality, ethnic origin, or religion.
This project began in November 2020 and several countries have already been presented, such as Poland, Brazil, Mexico, Canada, Mozambique, East Timor, Lithuania, India, France, Turkey, and Cabo Verde.
World Conversations are therefore an initiative that provides a space for inclusion, hospitality, learning, and meeting between young people while contributing to the reduction of discriminatory or exclusionary practices based on different prejudices.
